IT Service Desk Analyst - London

A new opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk support technician due to growth with an established IT Service provider in Central London.

Ideally you will have 1+ years Support experience and be consultative in your approach.

Job responsibilities

• Respond to client requests within SLA's
• Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop and server support
• Maintenance of cloud-based networks
• Build relationships
• Ad-hoc project work such as IT installs, upgrades and migrations
• Call logging

Skill Set

• Graduate with IT, Maths, Science or Business or appropriate technical certifications or experience
• Experience of working on a MSP helpdesk or in an IT support environment
• Microsoft Windows 10/11
• Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Cloud-based hosting including Microsoft Office 365
• Organised
• Abiity to work with a small team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Benefits

• Range £28,000-£33,000.
• Working hours are 8 hours per day flexible between 08.00-18:00 Monday to Friday depending on the work rota. You will occasionally be requested to work outside these hours.
• Benefits include 25 days holiday, pension scheme and participation in company bonus scheme.
