Outside of IR35 - 6 Month Engagement - Service Level Manager - ITIL Accredited

2 days per week on site in London at Head Offices.

Looking for an experienced Service Level Manager with a track record of setting up SLAs and OLAs

Must have Financial Services or similar type Industry experience and have worked with ServiceNow

Working across multiple business units and third parties.

Must have outstanding communication skills
