The ideal Service Team Leader candidate will be an experienced Service Advisor, have excellent customer service and administration skills coupled with Kerridge experience. If you have experience with RTC and One Link this would be a distinct advantage.

Service Team Leader Requirements• You will be responsible for supporting the other front line team memebers • Being on hand to support colleagues and deal with customer complaints• Raising and closing job cards• Planning optimumutilisation of workshop capacity in co-operation with the service manager• Liaising with the workshop in regards to work in progress• Arranging courtesy cars using the one link system• Costing, invoicing, customer handovers and up-selling.
