What you'll do:

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations related to the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's roadmap for ServiceNow and ensuring its alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve planning, testing, and implementing upgrades to ServiceNow versions in accordance with vendor release and patching cycles. Additionally, you will maintain the integration of key interfaces with ServiceNow through agreed transfer methods. Identifying and implementing developments and enhancements of ServiceNow in line with ITIL best practices will also fall under your purview. Regularly reviewing and updating various forms of documentation will be an integral part of your role.

* Manage day-to-day delivery of administration, maintenance, release, and support activities for ServiceNow.* Oversee the company roadmap for ServiceNow.* Plan, test, and implement upgrades to ServiceNow versions in line with vendor release and patching cycles.* Maintain integration of key interfaces with ServiceNow via agreed transfer methods.* Identify and implement developments and enhancements of ServiceNow in-line with ITIL best practices.* Regularly review and update documentation such as support documentation, interface/workflow details, training/user guides.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this ServiceNow Administrator position brings significant experience in administering ServiceNow within financial services or a government or regulatory body. You are a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator with ITIL V3/V4 Foundation accreditation. Your expertise includes ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows, and customisations. You have excellent communication skills that allow you to present complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring work enables you to meet time and quality targets consistently.
