ServiceNow Business Analyst | £65k + Benefits | Hybrid - Nottingham

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for ServiceNow and a knack for translating business needs into effective solutions? We're on the hunt for someone to join our growing team and help shape the future of our client's IT Service Management (ITSM) and Professional Services platforms.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring our client's systems are continually evolving to meet the demands of a dynamic environment. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the development of platform features, functionality, automation, and integrations, all while delivering operational efficiencies and a seamless customer experience.

Day-to-day, you'll be taking ownership of key systems, managing product backlogs, and working closely with stakeholders to define and prioritise business requirements. You'll collaborate with technical teams to scope and design innovative solutions that not only meet business needs but also enhance our client's internal processes. From analysing potential system changes to assessing risks and supporting smooth transitions of new functionalities, you'll ensure the platforms are robust, efficient, and future-proof.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience working with ITSM and PSA platforms, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow (especially modules like CSM, ITSM).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude, with the ability to dive into challenges and develop impactful solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a bonus!
