On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a ServiceNow Developer, for a 6 month contract based in London. This role will be 2 days per week on site in Marylebone.

Purpose of the Role:Support on several ServiceNow projects within a Risk team responsible for Privacy and Personal Data Management, from requirements gathering through to configuration changes, bug fixes and implementing new features.

Responsibilities of the role:

As a ServiceNow Developer you will be responsible for:

  • Lead support and change work on ServiceNow including user access requests, fixing bugs, configuration of changes, implementation of new functionalities.
  • Technical configuration, coding and ServiceNow development.
  • Collect, understand and discuss business requirements, then define technical design to support the business process in Servicenow.
  • Actively participate in the end-to-end Service Now projects including support.
  • Develop comprehensive test scripts and perform regression testing.
  • Support in future tool upgrades.
  • Keep up to date on Service Now new features and limitations.

What we require from the candidate:

  • Excellent ServiceNow development skills.
  • Experience with both the ServiceNow Platform and Portal.
  • Ability to understand requirements and delivering these requirements in the context of tool implementation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to independently trouble shoot issues raised by end users and provide timely and efficient administrative solutions.
  • Experience in Risk Management, DRC processes and privacy is desirable, but not essential.
