Key Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Developer & Product Owner: • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Gather and analyse business requirements to translate them into technical specifications. • Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and implement ServiceNow applications and features. • Prioritise the product backlog and manage release planning. • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback for continuous improvement. • Ongoing support as the product SME. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a Product Owner or similar role, ideally within ServiceNow. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including modules like ITSM and ITOM. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in managing product backlogs. • Technical proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration.
