Services Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a growing care business near Enfield who are seeking a Services Manager. This person will be required to set up new service functions and manage a team. This will be a great opportunity for a successful candidate.
Duties:
- Become registered Supported Living Manager and ensure a smooth and effective system for monitoring and collating of all compliance requirements to ensure the service is always prepared for any unexpected CQC inspection visit and Contract Monitoring visits.
- To ensure the full occupancy of localities.
- To be responsible for ensuring the completion of assessment of tenants referrals
- To review and monitor the eligibility criteria and charging procedures against which locality will be provided.
- Ensure that you have a thorough knowledge of each individual tenants mental and physical condition. Ensuring that all staff are recording observations satisfactorily with appropriate content and description
- Regular auditing of observations must be undertaken
- Ensure production and review of personalised care plans, risk assessments and protocols for tenants and employees
- Liaise fully with multidisciplinary agencies in the provision of care to the tenants
- To facilitate good systems of good communication between tenants, relatives, staff and multi-disciplinaries
Desirable:
- Have experience with setting up service centres
- Have positive experience with CQC ratings
