Are you passionate about helping people find their dream home? Do you have a knack for sales and customer service? We're looking for a dynamic Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to join my clients team in Rugby!

What you'll do:

• Guide potential buyers through the shared ownership process, providing expert advice and support.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience at every step.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress.

What you'll need:

• Proven sales experience, ideally within property or shared ownership.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, driven approach with a passion for helping others.
• Knowledge of the local property market in Rugby would be a plus.
