SharePoint Developer - Meritus Talent : Job Details

SharePoint Developer | Defence Consultancy | DV Clearance Required | London or Manchester | Package up to £85,000 | 2 Stage Interview Process

MERITUS are working with a multinational defence consultancy looking to grow their SharePoint Capability. We're looking for a SharePoint Developer holding active DV Clearance to work on customer projects at either their London or Manchester offices.

This is an exciting opportunity for a developer with extensive experience in SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises who is looking to make an impact in a secure environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions using cutting-edge technologies like SPFx, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure. You will be responsible for ensuring all solutions meet the highest security standards and comply with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design custom solutions using SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, SPFx, and PowerApps to meet client needs.
• Implement solutions that align with industry security standards, including OWASP and secure coding practices.
• Use Power Automate, REST API, and .NET to connect SharePoint with other applications.
• Ensure high performance, availability, and security for SharePoint environments by performing regular updates and troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (Server Edition).
• Proven ability to create custom applications using SPFx, PowerApps, .NET, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of OWASP standards, secure coding practices, and experience working in secure, high-clearance environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell scripting for SharePoint, and containerisation tools like Docker.
