Project manager -

• Daily briefings to supervisors
• Permits to dig/work
• Monitoring plant inspections and ensuring drivers are completing
• Working with SHEQ manager to ensure safe working practices
• Programming works for weekly/ fortnightly with drop lines as well as programmes to completion
• Monitoring drawings and design changes to advise commercial department
• Liaising with adopting authorities to ensure works are compliant
• Progress meetings with clients on fortnightly basis
