Description
Shipping Administrator, High Wycombe: you will have responsibility for & ownership of onward delivery processesEnsuring deliveries are completed on time, providing business updates on shipments to support revenue recognition, managing supporting shipping and banking documentation.
- Producing Export Shipping Documents - Not Just checking them (you need to produce them)
- Booking of deliveries according to customer & revenue requirements
- Ensuring all shipments are commercially clear & compliant with export controls
- Updating weekly report on period's shipments
- Letters of Credit management
- Application of Chamber of Commerce documents
- Manage large OTC shipments
- Ad hoc support to other team members
Profile
- Live locally to High Wycombe as this job is 100% office based
- Be able to produce the export shipping paper work, being able to check what an agency have done is not enough.
- Understand how to produce Shipping and Export documents
- Excellent Organisation skills
- Understanding of product shipment procedures including awareness of incoterms
- Knowledge of Letters of Credit (not essential but preferred).
- Keenness to learn and develop new skills
- Sound analytically and interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- A good demonstration of prioritisation within a multi-function role.
Job Offer
Salary of circa £30,000 - £32,000 with potentially some flexibility dependant upon your experience
