Shipping Administrator
We are recruiting for a Shipping Administrator to assist our client with generating invoices and inputting data into the system.
Role: Shipping Administrator
Job Type: Full time - Temp to Perm
Hourly Rate: £13.84
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with other departments to provide updates and report and issues
- Liaise with customers to ensure requirements and booking are being fulfilled
- Working in line with shipping regulations
- Assisting other teams in preparing necessary documents
- Working with outside delivery companies to ensure collections/deliveries are made
Requirements:
- Knowledge Microsoft packages & excellent IT skills
- Previous experience within Shipping
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines and in accordance to relevant legislations
