The Role:

• Supporting the Commercial Team to analyse client information and negotiate with existing clients to provide quotes
• Analysing key data and customer trends
• Supporting the Commercial Team with contract & rate reviews
• Providing Client Support, responding to client queries and issues
• Using a CRM tool for follow up on opportunities to grow existing clients

The ideal candidate:

• Experience working for a shipping line, logistics company or freight forwarder is essential
• Confident when liaising with customers
• Able to travel on occasion
• Keen to progress and grow a successful, long lasting career
