Salary:

£26000 + Bonus

As a Showroom Consultant based in Ipswich(IP3 8DD) you'll be responsible for:  

• Working in a high paced sales role so it is important you are able to adapt to situations occurring in the workplace whilst also meeting deadlines• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.• Serving customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and offering recommendations for suitable products.

  • Completing various warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, handling deliveries, and maintaining high standards of merchandising throughout the branch.

This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours a week. Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Previous bathroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided

• Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with customers.

• Enthusiasm and a willingness to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment

• A readiness to learn and develop into the role is a priority.

• Computer illiterate and a basic understanding of computer systems
