Site AdministratorLocation: KenilworthStart: ASAPContract: Temporary (6-12+ months)Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, On-siteAre you a detail-oriented Site Administrator with strong organisational skills? Join a leading global construction company in this dynamic role!Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and manage site operational data (staff, labour, materials, plant)
  • Upload site documents to BC and liaise with the SB3 document control team
  • Maintain office notice boards with key updates
  • Coordinate training requirements with the internal competency team
  • General admin tasks, including ordering office supplies
  • Track and report hours worked for all site operatives/staff
  • Manage Plant/Equipment Allocation Sheets and maintenance records

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with strong initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with document control systems (e.g., Business Collaborator, PIM) preferred
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
