Site Agent

Location: Crawley

We're looking for a SiteAgent to join our client on a utilities/substation  project

Responsibilities

• Lead a significant section of the project, ensuring all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of Performance and Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with the company standards.
• Promote integrated working with other members within the project to create a one-team ethos, including development of team members.

Requirements

• You have relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and project management skills including leading and managing technical teams.
• Able to take the lead with client interfaces.
• Able to establish project requirements and drive the team to deliver the outcomes in terms of quality, cost and programme.
• Experience of working on civils, drainage and RC concrete projects
• Client facing experience
• Experience of managing site works
