Your new roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team for an exciting new build project valued at £70 million. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of this 12-month project, working with a leading Tier 1 contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Setting Out: Accurately setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specifications.Quality Control: Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.Health & Safety: Adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment.Coordination: Liaising with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to the project manager.
Requirements
Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience: Proven experience in setting out on large-scale construction projects.Skills: Proficient in the use of setting out equipment and software (e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD).Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.Attributes: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressureBenefits
