The Role

As Site Finance Lead, you’ll work closely with the Site General Manager to foster a performance-driven, financially aware culture. You’ll lead a team of three finance professionals while being a key member of the Site’s Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to drive site performance

• Providing insights and analysis to influence decision-making

• Overseeing financial controls, audits, and stock accuracy

• Mentoring and managing a small finance team

• Collaborating with the Head of Supply Chain Finance on key projects

This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Who They’re Looking For

They’re looking for a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified finance professional with:

• Experience in manufacturing finance and business partnering

• A strong analytical and commercial mindset

• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting and continuous improvement

• Leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams

• A track record of driving performance and decision-making
