An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced accountant from the manufacturing or engineering industry to join this business as a Site Controller . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the accounting and finance department in our West Yorkshire location.

Description

• Lead and manage all aspects of the accounting for the site
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Implement and maintain effective financial control systems
• Develop and track key performance indicators and business partner across the site and wider business
• Monitor and manage budgets and financial forecasts

Profile

A successful Site Financial Controller should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
• Accounting Qualifications - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge
• Displays confident leadership and management skills
• Proficiency in financial software
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
