Site Manager - Fawkes and Reece : Job Details

A leading house builder have a requirement for a Site Manager to work on new build apartment block. This is a 4 storey block consisting of 100 apartments.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Supervise and co-ordinate site staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build to the required build quality and build programme.
• Ensure that production targets are met whilst producing the highest quality of product and ensuring costs are kept within budget.
• Liaise with Sales department and customers to ensure the highest possible Customer Care performance/ satisfaction and complete all relevant inspections and documentation.
• Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage staff to ensure staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the company's needs.

Site Manager - Skills & Experience

• Excellent site management skills with a proven track record in managing volume housebuilding sites.
• Trade background - ideally Joinery or Bricklaying
• Essential - CSCS card, First Aid, SMSTS

Salary & Package on offer

• £55k - £60k basic Salary
