Site Manager with Residential experience required

I urgently require a Site Manager to work on new build residential project in West London. The projects range in value from £100m - £150m and are a mixture of traditional build housing and RC frame apartment blocks. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years post degree experience working for a main contractor, developer or sub contractor and have full project lifecycle experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a long term contract / temp to perm / permanent role with a reputable contractor / developer who have a solid pipeline of work.

Role: Site Manager

Location: West London

Rate / Salary: £240- £280 p/d

Duties:You will be initially dealing with procurement and package management along with other post contract tasks.
