Site Manager - Niyaa People : Job Details

I'm looking for a Site Manager for a repairs contract working at Warwick University. This role will include managing a team of Subcontractors and Direct Labour Teams at the University, working on day to day, planned, and emergency repairs around the campusThe Social Housing Site Manager will be needed to:

• Appraise RAMS
• Arrange and complete inductions
• Carry out weekly inspections
• Manage Direct and Subcontractor labour
• Report back to the contract manager

Ideally, I'm looking for a Site Manager that:

• Holds their SMSTS
• Holds their 1st Aid Awareness
• Holds their Man Handling, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness (can be taken online)
• Has experience working on Education and University contracts

In return, the Site Manager will receive:

• £27 per hour
• ongoing work
