I'm looking for a Site Manager for a repairs contract working at Warwick University. This role will include managing a team of Subcontractors and Direct Labour Teams at the University, working on day to day, planned, and emergency repairs around the campusThe Social Housing Site Manager will be needed to:
- Appraise RAMS
- Arrange and complete inductions
- Carry out weekly inspections
- Manage Direct and Subcontractor labour
- Report back to the contract manager
Ideally, I'm looking for a Site Manager that:
- Holds their SMSTS
- Holds their 1st Aid Awareness
- Holds their Man Handling, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness (can be taken online)
- Has experience working on Education and University contracts
