Title: Site Manager Wanted for a 6 Month Contract for a clean-room build in Oldham.My client is seeking an experienced site manager for a 6-month contract for a clean-room build in Oldham. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure health & safety regulations are met, liaise with clients, and monitor budgets. Requirements:- Previous experience as a site manager in the construction sector- SMSTS accreditation or equivalent qualification like a NEBOSH certificate- CSCS card (Black) indicating advanced knowledge related directly towards managerial roles- Previous exposure to constructing clean rooms is preferredRemuneration:This Outside IR35 position pays between £300 -£320 per day depending on qualifications/experience level.If you possess these qualities and want something challenging yet rewarding, submit your application today!
