REGIONAL SITE MANAGER

SOUTH WEST COVERAGE BASED BETWEEN EXETER-CORNWALL

Our client, a well established building product supplier. has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and technically minded site manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking for a technically challenging role within a well recognised organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of sub-contractors within allocated region
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installers
• Ensuring all projects meet agreed technical standards
• Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows
• High standard of communication internally and externally

Required Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge and Experience of both Social and New Build sectors
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation
• Provide a high level of employment history in Site Management
• Knowledge of installation of windows and doors

Desirables Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:

• CSCS Card
• First aid at work
• Asbestos Awareness trained
• SMSTS (preferred)
• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and analytical thinking
