Fit Out Manager for Modular Construction - Residential Projects

About the Company:We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and forward-thinking client specializing in modular construction with a strong focus on residential projects. With innovative designs and a commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions, our client is a recognized leader in the industry. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Fit Out Manager with a background in residential projects to join their expanding team.

The Role:As the Fit Out Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering modular residential projects, overseeing internal finishing works and ensuring top-quality standards. You will manage all aspects of the fit-out process, from snagging through to final handover, with a strong emphasis on residential experience. Familiarity with Viewpoint Field View or similar snagging software is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the fit-out process for modular residential buildings, ensuring project delivery aligns with specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, trades, and site personnel on residential projects.
• Conduct snagging inspections using snagging software (preferably Viewpoint Field View) to maintain high-quality finishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Liaise closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects efficiently and within scope.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, fostering a positive working environment.

About You:The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Fit Out Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on residential modular construction.
• Solid understanding of modular building processes, specifically for residential projects.
• Proven track record of managing fit-out projects from start to completion, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in snagging software - experience with Viewpoint Field View is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, as our projects span diverse locations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
