£220 - £240 per day

Are you a seasoned SME Site Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Join us in Hailsham for a new build project with a total value of £1 million! This project encompasses a mix of new build and refurbishment elements, offering a diverse and engaging environment for you to showcase your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing trades on site effectively
• Scheduling works and managing the project diary
• Ensuring the project stays within budget and adheres to the agreed timescale
• Reporting to a Contracts Manager and demonstrating experience in independently managing projects of a similar size
• Making confident business decisions and being accountable for project outcomes
