Job Title: Site ManagerLocation: North WestSalary: £37,000 - £47,000 + package Overview:My client are recruiting for a Site Manager to join their team as they prepare for an exceptionally busy year. The successful candidate will oversee large refurbishment projects (most valued at over £2 million) in the Manchester and North West region. The role requires a strong trade background, with additional experience in civil works such as steel structures. You will be actively involved on-site, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is completed to the highest standardConducting Q&A, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulationsManaging site staff and labour requirementsMonitoring and following project processes and schedulesBeing actively involved on-siteCoordinating with trades and managing subcontractorsEnsuring the timely delivery of projects and problem-solving as requiredRequirements:Trade background in joinery or drylining (preferred)Experience in refurbishments and civil works (especially steel structures)Ability to manage large-scale projects, working on-site and interacting with teams directlyStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsFlexibility for potential weekend work when requiredWorking Hours:Monday to Friday, typically 7 am to 5 pm (Weekends may be required depending on project needs.)Benefits Package:Competitive salary: £37,000 - £47,000Car or car allowancePensionHolidaysMileage reimbursementTime Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
