Site Manager

Site Manager or experienced Assistant Site Manager required for a 6 month contract in the Hastings area.

The project is new build houses and apartments, and the successful candidate will join the team taking plots from 2nd fix through to completion.

Site consists of around 150 plots in total which are at various stages and applicants will need to be able to demonstrate a clear working history on similar projects.

Taking plots from 2nd fix to completion you should be able to work hard to achieve both quality expectations and scheduled targets.
