Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to excel in an exciting NEW project in the Yorkshire region?

Site Manager opportunity working on a Reinforced concrete frame residential accommodation high rise project in Sheffield with an approx. value of £55m.

This opportunity as a senior site manager with a renowned regional Tier 1 main contractor which are a currently the market leading contractor for this region. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

• Responsible for managing a full site team
• Chairing subcontractor meetings
• Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
• Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.

• Proven Track record as a site manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on high rise Reinforced concrete developments
• Experience Working with regional & tier 1 contractors
• Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
• CSCS Black
• NVQ level 6
• Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.

• Salary: Up to £65k + £5k car allowance
