Site Manager - Retrofit

Gresford - Must be willing to commute Regionally.

Up to £50,000 + Car / Allowance

TS Recruitment are working with a Property Services Contractor who are focusing / managing retrofit schemes.

Project works; EWI (External Wall Insulation), Loft Insulation, Air Source Heat Pumps.

You will have previous Retrofit experience in a planned maintenance / decent homes setting. Having worked for a Contractor.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a contractor in the social housing sector.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage contractors and residents.

Qualifications -

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• FIRST AID
• ASBESTOS AWARENESS
