Job Role: Site Manager

Salary: £55k

PW Construction Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for our client in Kent.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities for commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets the required standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure strong safety culture on site, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Experience with Design & Build (D&B) is essential
• Experience as a Site Manager
• High Level of Health and Safety awareness.
• Willingness to work in various locations across the UK, mainly the South
• First Aider
• Full UK Driving Licence
