We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to join our client's team at two prestigious shopping centres in Croydon, London. With their commitment to creating exceptional experiences for shoppers and their dedication to sustainable and community-focused development, our client is a leader in the commercial real estate industry. As the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the business and operational management of the centres, driving asset performance and ensuring a safe and progressive environment for occupiers and customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the Estate Management team to deliver high standards of onsite management and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise the marketing strategy and engage with occupiers in the scheme.
  • Drive additional income generation through commercialization activities in conjunction with the Commercialization Manager.
  • Develop and refine business plans to ensure outstanding business results are delivered over time.
  • Manage contractor and supplier relationships, performance, and key staff.
  • Be responsible for health and safety, environmental management, and the delivery of major projects.

Key Skills:

  • 5-10 years of management experience in a high-profile retail estate environment.
  • Strong retail background and understanding of occupiers' challenges.
  • Proven track record in managing onsite teams and major projects.
  • Ability to build and deliver stakeholder communication strategies.
  • High degree of technical competence and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute to problem-solving at a strategic level.
