Job Title: Civils Site Supervisor (x2) Location: Worcestershire, United Kingdom Contract Type: Temporary (Immediate Start) Rate: Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35)About the Role: We are recruiting two experienced Civil Site Supervisors to work with a Tier 1 contractor on an exciting water project in Worcestershire. These temporary roles are available for an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project within the water sector.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and report updates to stakeholders.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and align with project goals.

Requirements:

• SSSTS Certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) - Essential.
• CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) - Essential.
• Proven experience in civil engineering or construction supervision, particularly within the water sector.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IR35 regulations and temporary contract arrangements.
