gap personnel are recruiting for a Site Supervisor for their client based in Exeter. Working for a leading resource recovery brand you will be supervising and managing the day-to-day operations on site.

As a Site Supervisor your duties will include:

• Producing a high level of customer service, you will be supporting in the safe and compliant running of the site.
• Daily inspection checks
• Working closely with Operations
• Operating plant and machinery
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Ensuring compliance

About you:

• It’s essential that the successful candidate has experience of plant operations and supervising teams.
• Ideally, you will be mechanically minded and happy to get stuck in to do routine servicing and minor repairs to machinery before the very busy fitters are able to get on site!
