SME Account Executive

Location: Caerphilly

The Company:

We are working with an established insurance broker who is looking for an Account Executive to join their SME team.

This is a company that supports its staff through career progression and personal development opportunities and offers a close-knit working culture.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing and growth of the SME book of business.

You will interact with prospects and clients to collect and collate information in respect of new business enquiries, renewals and mid-term adjustments as well as a focus on retention of existing business.

Negotiate policy terms, conditions, premiums and income and in turn prepare presentations and submissions to insurers and suppliers. Alongside the production and presentation of new business quotations and renewal terms.

The Required Skills:

Previous experience within the commercial combined sector of insurance is ideal

Proven experience around target-based growth, existing or new business

Proven broking experience

Strong communication, rapport-building and negotiation skills
