Managing projects of varying scales, from large, complex initiatives to smaller tactical tasks, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Responsabilties:

• Work on a range of projects, from large-scale, complex initiatives involving multiple partners to smaller, tactical deliveries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and sequence tasks, and assist in creating cost-benefit analyses.
• Manage assigned projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Analyze complex business processes and suggest alternative solutions and innovative approaches.
• Translate user requirements into recognized documentation formats, including specifications, user stories, and workflows, and secure stakeholder sign-off.
• Coordinate with the change function to prioritize features, prepare user stories, and define deliverables for releases and sprints.
• Publish high-quality business requirements, maintain functional specifications, and review other analysts' work to ensure quality.
• Assess the feasibility of solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivered system meets business needs.

Skills:

• Expertise in identifying, capturing, and documenting detailed business requirements effectively.
• Proven ability to facilitate business stakeholders in drawing out clear, focused, and unambiguous requirements.
• Comprehensive experience across the full project/development lifecycle.
• Strong experience interacting directly with end users and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences, from technical staff to board members.
• Ability to support business case development and perform cost-benefit analysis.
• Over 5 years of business analysis experience, with specific expertise in asset or wealth management.
