Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms - Niyaa People : Job Details

I'm looking for a Social Housing Site Manager for a Kitchens and Bathrooms contract in Coventry. This is a permanent position from day one with a tier 1 contractor with a national presence.the Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms will be required to:

• Manage DLO and Subcontractors
• Organise the workloads of operatives
• Ensure materials are ordered and delivered
• Liaise with tenants and the client regularly
• Ensure H&S is adhered to
• Pre and Post inspections

Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms that:

• Holds their CSCS Black or White Card
• Holds their SMSTS
• Has experience with Social Housing Refurb contracts
• Has experience with Kitchen and Bathroom Programmes
• Holds a Full UK Driving Licence

and in return, the Social Housing Site Manager - Kitchens and Bathrooms will receive:

• £44,000 - £48,000 a year salary
• £5,000 car allowance
• Salary sacrifice option for EV Cars
• 26 days annual leave + bank holiday
• Holiday buy and sell scheme
