Responsibilities:

• To create engaging content on social media chanels including posts, videos and images
• Promote products, services, content and campaigns through social media to increase brand awareness
• Manage social media channels and facilitate social media communities
• Schedule posts in line with brand identity, tone and message
• Interact with customers and deal with queries effectively
• Form relationships with key influencers across social media platforms
• Grow the social media audience to maximise reach across all channels
• Monitor, track, anlyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure branding is consistent
