Do you live and breathe social media and content? Our client is seeking an energetic and creative mind to grow their brand online. You will be responsible for all content including videography and photography, both digital and offline. We are looking for someone who is excited by the idea of innovating with content to help the business build up their social media presence to both B2B and B2C audiences, paying close attention to the key needs and trends of each channel.
You will build a social content calendar for each brand, coming up with exciting, engaging trend-led content ideas and working alongside Marketing Team to ensure these ideas come to life. You will help to grow each channel, carrying out daily audience engagement and keeping an eye out for micro influencer opportunities.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Social Media Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience working in commercial environments- ideally a mixture of social media content production, video production, graphic design, and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of social media
- Experienced in working with social media reporting tools
- Strong analytical knowledge allowing data to be turned into engaging content
- Extensive knowledge of current and future channels
- Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills
- Organisational and time management

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain the content being put out on the various platforms
- Take ownership of the Social Media calendar
- Plan and execute Social Media campaigns including paid advertisements across all Social Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)
- Work hand in hand with the Marketing team to create creatives and content that will be a hit with the audience
- Implement and grow the social media strategy that aligns with company goals and raises brand awareness, generate a positive buzz, creates conversation, and ultimately deliver website visits and conversions
- Identify trends and insights
- Provide analysis and report on existing social media channels, the success of the company’s content plans, as well as advising on how to improve
- Listening and reacting to segmented groups of customers, prospects, influencers, and competitors
- Support the training of colleagues to better utilise social media
