  • Grow and engage our social media following across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Bluesky, and X.
  • Create and share engaging visual content tailored to each platform, ensuring alignment with the content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align on campaigns and strategic goals, and implement them via a social content calendar.
  • Research and post content at optimal times to maximise engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to social interactions, involving advisers when needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and relevant social accounts to amplify our network.
  • Develop creative content, including reels, videos, posts, PowerPoint presentations, and more, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Actively participate in social conversations by commenting and engaging with followers.
  • Drive social PR and improve community engagement by managing followers and encouraging client interaction.
  • Regularly monitor performance, report on social metrics, and use data to drive growth.
  • Guide internal teams on effective social media use to build professional relationships and expand reach.
  • Manage external agency for successful paid social media advertising.
  • Provide creative support for visual content that connects social engagement with broader marketing strategies.
To be Successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with proven experience managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and experience using social marketing tools.
  • Highly creative with excellent writing, editing, and digital design skills (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Passionate about design, detail-oriented, and keen to stay ahead of the curve 
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills with a commercial, analytical mindset.
