Social Media Manager - Reed : Job Details

Reed Marketing & Creative are currently partnered with a hugely successful B2C business based in Watford, who are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Primary focus social media channels are: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Secondary focus social media channels are: YouTube, X and websites.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand identity, marketing objectives, and business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (text, images, infographics, videos) for social media platforms
• Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and timely promotions.
• Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns to support brand awareness, product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyse the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to maximize ROI.

The successful candidate will have previous experience with budget management, experience across social media across all social channels (mainly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube) across paid and organic. Also experience with social media stratergy, implementation and strong content creation and a analytical thinker. 

In return you will receive a salary paying circa £35K depending on experience + excellent benefits + hybrid working (3 days office 2 days home) + FREE parking when in the office.
