The Key Responsibilities for the Social Media Manager will be:
- Work with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop and deliver a organic social media strategy to achieve company goals and brand identity
- Manage and maintain all company social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Monitor social media channels respond within a professional and timely manner to inquiries and feedback.
- Conduct research on similar/competitors social media accounts.
- Work closely with the Creative team
- Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams to develop and execute outreach campaigns to potential brand ambassadors, influencers, and partners.
The Social Media Manager will have the following skills and expertise
- Previous experience working as a Social Media Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging content
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Experienced in using as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, social media management tools
- Ability to work with photographers and designers
- Creative thinker with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability and desire to keep up to date latest social media trends, new platforms and algorithm changes
