Social Media ExecutiveAre you a confident, dynamic individual with a passion for social media and marketing? This growing retail/ ecommerce business in central Manchester is looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to join their Brand & Marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing this role is perfect for someone who can bring creativity, innovative ideas, and enthusiasm to their content and marketing strategyKey Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Take ownership of our organic social media accounts, creating compelling and engaging content across all platforms mainly Instagram and TikTokGrowth Strategies: Use your industry knowledge and experience to grow our organic audiences and deliver viral engagement.Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent, on-brand tone of voice tailored for each social channel.Marketing Campaigns: Execute marketing growth strategies including lead generation, campaigns, competitions, and promotions.Platform Opportunities: Identify new platform opportunities and content streams to enhance brand awareness and reach.Influencer Management: Manage influencer activities and create engaging content for organic and paid channels.Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Agency Coordination: Liaise with external agencies to coordinate marketing activities, content, and campaigns.Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness.Trend Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for trending news and ideas, and track performance.Creative Assets: Collaborate with the in-house Graphic Designer to produce relevant creative assets for all organic platforms.Email Marketing: Assist the wider team with email marketing campaigns.Campaign Planning: Assist the wider team with campaign and promotional planning.
