Your new companyThis is an exciting new opportunity to join the dynamic Brand & Marketing team of a large legal firm, based in their offices in the centre of Bristol. This is a pivotal role for someone with a passion for storytelling and creativity, and who understands the power of social media to elevate an organisation's brand, engage with audiences and drive business impact. Your new roleWorking closely with the Digital, Communications, Campaigns, Business Development & Creative teams, you will take ownership of the organisation's Social Media Strategy and Outputs. This will involve developing and executing a global social media strategy to enhance awareness and support business objectives across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X and TikTok. You will create, curate and oversee a range of high quality and engaging content, tailored to each platform. You will lead end-to-end social media campaigns, collaborating with other business areas, and wider marketing teams, to amplify thought leadership, PR, events and awards. You will plan, execute and optimise paid social media campaigns across platforms, managing a budget, and ensuring campaigns deliver ROI. You will also track, analyse and report on the performance of social media activities, staying on top of trends, platform updates and best practices. What you'll need to succeedYou will have prior professional experience in social media management, including running paid campaigns with proven ROI. Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (GA4). You will have a keen eye for detail with strong writing, editing and creative skills, along with a strong understanding of SEO. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with experience of collaborating with a range of teams, and presenting to senior stakeholders. What you'll get in returnThis is a permanent opportunity with a salary level of £40,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience.
