Social Media Manager (Part-Time - 3 Days a Week) - Proximity Recruitment : Job Details

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a part-time Social Media Manager (circa 3 days a week, £20,000).

These 3 days can be split across the week, but will involve travelling to real estate sites, capturing content and creating a social media content calendar for the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning & developing the firm's Meta, Instagram & LinkedIn accounts.
• Capturing on site content through photography & video.
• Automating the content calendar to schedule posts across the week.
• Be reactive and engaging with posts (tagging, liking & responding).
• Innovate with content to consider accounts on new platforms e.g TikTok.
• Analysing results to take the accounts to the next level.

The successful candidate would be required to be working from the office at least 0.5 days a week with the other 2.5 days at sites (travel expenses paid) capturing great content to market their wonderful developments.

The successful candidate will need access to a vehicle and have a driving licence.
