We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Energy Infrastructure Services team on a 12 month fixed term contract, based at Trinity House, Nottingham.The Go-to-Market function within the EIS (Energy Infrastructure Solutions) business at E.ON focuses on offering innovative energy solutions to cities, municipalities and industrial customers to help them achieve their climate targets cost-effectively. The EIS business unit aims to become the preferred transformation partner for sustainable and innovative energy solutions. Its core business includes a portfolio of solutions for decentral power, heat, and cooling plants, as well as solutions for energy efficiency and decarbonisation.
Social Media SpecialistHere's what you'll be doingSocial Media Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with EIS business objectives.Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set benchmarks to measure success across social media platforms.Content Creation & Management:
Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy.Create and managing social media content calendars, Scheduling and posting content regularly, ensuring consistency in brand voice and style.Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).Develop a social media self-serve toolkit for internal colleagues to showcase EIS proof points via social channels and platforms.Provide relevant training on social media best practice to internal EIS colleagues.Agency Management:
Manage and work closely with our preferred social media agency partner to produce content in a cost-effective way whilst meeting optimum performance goals.Community Engagement:
Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner while fostering relationships with online communities and encouraging user-generated content and active participation.Build a following of internal and external communities and followers, ensuring a strong online presence and engagement.Influencer Marketing:
Identify, collaborate with, and manage influencers, bloggers, and key opinion leaders within our key geographical locations to promote our EIS business. This includes negotiating contracts, coordinating content creation, and monitoring performance.Analytics & Reporting:
Use social media analytics tools to track performance, gather insights, and generate reports on social media and influencer activities. Analyse data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Experiment with new content formats and platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve in social media marketing.Crisis Management:
