Hyde is looking to recruit a Social Value Officer.

As a Social Value Officer at Hyde, you will be working within the Hyde Foundation team to assist in coordinating social value activities and ensuring Hyde’s suppliers deliver meaningful value that improves the lives of customers and communities.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Social Value Adviser to embed Hyde’s social value strategy across the organisation and with external stakeholders.• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to maximise social value activities.• Conduct research to identify and engage with organisations that align with Hyde’s community investment objectives.• Liaise with the Communications team to publish social value success stories and promote positive impacts.• Monitor and record social value requests via Hyde’s social value matching platform and ensure supplier commitments are fulfilled.• Assist in data management and reporting, including collating delivery data and providing insights into supplier performance.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.• Experience in data management and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and high-quality outputs.• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write impactful articles and reports.• Research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and make informed recommendations.• A proactive approach to monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring compliance with processes and policies.
