Peterborough City Council Children’s Services has an exiting opportunity for a Social Work Practice Improvement Lead to support the children’s services improvement programme.Working alongside colleagues across Peterborough City Council, you will lead the social work practice improvement agenda supporting the Head of Inspection, Improvement and Innovation and the Service Director for Practice in the delivery of improvement and transformation priorities across Children and Young People’s Services.This newly developed role will drive forward practice improvements in children’s services and provide key support to areas of improvement identified by Ofsted, and as part of the Family Valued and Family Safeguarding programmes.What will you be doing?
