Location: AylesburySalary: Up to £44,569 per annum plus a £2,750 market premium (Grade 7)

As a Social Worker, you'll work with children living with relatives, foster families, or in care settings, focusing on building meaningful relationships and championing their potential. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular visits, assessments, and care plan reviews.
• Preparing reports and attending court when required.
• Collaborating with Health Services, CAMHS, IROs, and carers.
• Advocating for children's wishes and needs.
